As we are all aware Simdega is one of the backward districts in the country. We are lagging behind in many of the human development/socio-economic indicators as compared to many other districts.‘Backwardness’ is not something to be celebrated but a challenge to be faced boldly. It is our duty and we the District Administration is dedicated and committed to uphold the Constitution of India and to protect the socio-political and great cultural values of our nation. With wholehearted support of all good souls living in the district and outside we intend to bring a ‘Change’ may be little slow but steadyand sustainable. A Change; which will bring happiness in the face of allour poor sisters and brothers, prosperity and peace in our villages where no one suffers of hunger, poverty, malnourishment and social discrimination. It is our priority to ensure basic health support to all our fellow sisters and brothers living in far reach villages. Above all we believe that quality education for our younger generation is not only our responsibility but also a necessity for our future. We believe in our potentials and capabilities. Let us come together to fight against the enemies of nation within and outside and obstacles of development- poverty, illiteracy, corruption, communalism, social discrimination, divisive forces etc. So that we can easily achieve prosperity and development in our district/State and also can contribute towards our journey of a developed nation and a world power.
